8 August, 2021 - Jeddah, KSA: In line with its continued commitment to supporting Dania Akeel’s motor sporting ambitions, EJAR sponsored Dania’s participation in the recent Hungarian Baja. The rally was held from 5 - 8 August 2021 in Hungary and is part of the FIA Cross Country World Cup.
Dania, one of the Kingdom’s most prominent female motorsports enthusiasts, came in second in the T3 category and finished 14th overall in the Baja. Prior to the Hungarian Baja, EJAR also sponsored Dania’s participation in the Jordan Baja and the Sharqiyah Baja, which were her first official races.
Commenting on this achievement, Mr. Khaled Kamal, General Manager of EJAR stated, “We are all very proud of Dania’s achievements and in the manner in which she is representing the Kingdom and the women of the Kingdom!” Mr. Kamal added, “Dania exemplifies the integral role females will play in the future of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
